Christopher P. Awad

Chris founded LeaderScout to fill the gaps existing in many corporate talent programs. Talent management often misses external market data. Talent acquisition tends to be so stretched that they become reactive and execute only after a vacancy develops. Every company he has ever known as a consultant or an employee struggles with effectively integrating new executives in a way that really accelerates their success. So he established LeaderScout, a talent intelligence company. He offers a full service, subscription program to strengthen executive teams by transforming market data and internal insights into high impact selection opportunities.


Most recently, Chris drove talent management, talent acquisition and learning and development globally for Equifax. Prior to that, he served as CHRO of Answers Corporation and its three portfolio technology companies (ForeSee, Webcollage and Multiply). He also served as a senior HR executive and talent management leader for SunEdison, which was the world's largest renewable energy company at the time. Earlier in his career, Chris was a consultant for CMA (management consulting firm) and a professor at the University of Missouri-Columbia, while also consulting for its Center for the Study of Organizational Change.

Juan Eguino

Juan is a strategic HR executive with over fifteen years of progressive talent experience in global multinational organizations. Bilingual in Spanish and English with cross-cultural knowledge and expertise. Juan has lived in different countries around the world and led global strategies for end to end talent processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding and diversity. He specializes in leading change, driving culture through branding, identifying talent needs, and developing strategies for workplace diversity.


Most recently Juan drove talent acquisition for Delaware North, one of the largest privately held hospitality companies in the world with more than $3 billion in annual revenues and 60,000 employees around the globe. Prior to that, Juan served as a global talent acquisition executive with SunEdison, which was the world's largest renewable energy company at the time. He also served as talent acquisition leader for SunPower Corporation. Earlier in his career, Juan was a consultant for Page Group, global leader in specialized recruitment of middle-top management.


Juan is an Industrial Engineer by the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain and earned his Master’s degree in Knowledge Management for the Enterprise Development from Cranfield University in the United Kingdom.

Operations Consultant

Timothy Andrews

Tim is an experienced operations leader. During his early career, he served as an officer in the US Army, living in Turkey and Germany, as well as various locations throughout the United States. He continued working for the military as a civilian before joining Walmart, where he spent several years in management. Later in his career, Tim also managed operations for several smaller companies, including family businesses. He excels in process, workflow and execution.


Tim contributes to LeaderScout because he believes strongly in the mission and program offering.  He is excited to help drive operational excellence, particularly in the areas of research and scouting.
